The Pnoe Villas project involves the creation of four independent suites located within the settlement of Anaxos, Lesvos. The design aims to offer unobstructed sea views and a hospitality experience defined by refined aesthetics and understated luxury. Each suite features a private swimming pool, while the architectural composition is characterized by clean geometric lines, minimal morphology, and the use of natural materials such as stone, wood, and exposed concrete, harmoniously integrated into the island landscape. The green roofs, from which the name Pnoe (meaning “breath”) derives, introduce the element of nature into the built structure, enhancing thermal performance and achieving visual integration with the surroundings. The design aspires to create a serene, sustainable, and contemporary retreat, where architecture accentuates the dialogue between human presence and the natural environment of Anaxos.
