The architectural design of the four luxury residences in Anaxos, inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, incorporates a simple interplay of mathematics, nature, and aesthetics. The significant elevation differences in the terrain led to the placement of the buildings on two levels, ensuring panoramic and unobstructed sea views from each residence. Defining the planted roofs in a spiral form and following the contours of the plot, the buildings are aligned, in the plan, with the principles of the golden ratio (φ = 1.618).

The four residences are developed along a common pathway, which leads to the access of each villa via an impressive staircase. It completes and ends at an outdoor structure, which also serves as an observation point. The panoramic view of the bay, the outdoor space, and the relationship with the land and landscape influenced the arrangement of the residences. Finally, the unique views over the surrounding olive groves and the horizon make this residential complex a true sanctuary of tranquility.plot, fully utilizing the available space to create spacious and functional outdoor and indoor areas that enhance the sense of luxury and privacy, while also blending harmoniously with the natural landscape of the area.
